Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to assist in construction, excavation, and other related projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including but not limited to:
- Bulldozers
- Dump trucks
- Water trucks
- Front loader trucks
- Caterpillar equipment
- Perform tasks such as digging, grading, loading, and moving materials using the equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Experience:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is required
- Proficient in operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction plans is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
